To answer your question, I think under the right circumstances, it could be sustainable at that pricepoint ($25) with enough volume.

My problem with that kind of thing is that you have to offer the service at a higher pricepoint for something that 95% of potential customers don't use. Most will never make an international call so they kind of tune that out and just see the higher price.

I think it's more of a niche service and you need to be at the higher pricepoint to make it work.

If we were to offer that along side a standard offering though, then people perceive the standard offering as missing something just because we point it out.

I have thought about a cheap "addon" for "pick your own 3-5 countries from this list" or something along those lines. That's something that may come later.
