blacklist and whitelist for numbers

You can try in the call routes tab entering ********** (10 asterisks) for incoming routes (select blacklist) and the same with outgoing routes (select block). I am not sure it will block 911 (or any 3 digit number) maybe if you enter another call route with ***, but you may want to whitelist 911 to make sure. This is assuming you want to block all calls, if not just enter the number or any part of the number with (*)'s for the rest of the 10 digit number.
