Voice record feature?
Tim, Brandon,
I know I have brought this topic up before. It seems that many of my customers would like to have the call record feature added to their accounts. I took a survey and the response was positive. Will this feature be incorporated anytime soon for resellers?

It's on our feedback list, but we haven't made a decision yet. That feature is extremely resource intensive both in terms of the recording and also the storage space needed for recordings so we'd have to figure out a reasonable way to bill for it in order to be able to offer it. It's on our list for future possibilities.
