Are you registering to sip.voipwelcome.com? If so, submit a ticket to have your sip password reset. You'll also probably have to have your vpanel password reset, as well. (Early testers had their vpanel creds set as their phone# and sip password.) The easiest way to submit a ticket is to email support@voipo.com.
