Is there no way to keep these annoying spammers from this board?

From what I see, they appear to be registered..does that mean they are subscribers or just hacked their way in?

It's an ongoing battle. Believe it or not, there are hundreds of messages a day that the SPAM filtering is blocking from even showing up in addition to what it's missing. We're working to try tightening this up and adding CAPTCHA to post requirements for newly registered users to try to solve this.
