but they are blocked from the beta area -- is that what should happen?
Do you need to verify they are a VOIPo customer first?

I'll go ahead and approve that one since he is a customer.

We will likely continue with a semi-private format because it's worked well with HostGator (some public forums, but with most being reserved for verified customers only). For now, customers can e-mail support@voipo.com to get access, but later on we'll probably automate this.
