For any Comcast users here, I have good news.

Our datacenter, The Planet, has added a new 10Gbps peering link to Comcast.

This means that if you use Comcast, your connection will go straight from the Comcast network into the datacenter instead of being routed out through an ISP along the way.

This is live and up and running now. The routing may be enhanced a little to shave a few Comcast hops off soon, but so far it seems to be pretty good as is.
