Checking Voicemail

There are four (4) different ways to check your VOIPo voicemail:

1. To check and listen to your VOIPo voicemail, simply enter "123" on the keypad of your VOIPo connected phone.

2. Log in to account.voipo.com (vPanel) and click on Voicemail. Choose the mailbox that you are trying to listen to your messages for (if applicable) and click "Select Mailbox". Navigate to the bottom of the page to locate any voicemails saved in your Inbox. Click the play button next to the message to begin playback. Messages can be stored in the predefined mailboxes: Inbox, Work, Family, or Friends

3.You can have an email notification sent to a valid email address with a .WAV file attached. Open the attached file and listen to this voice message on your computer's media player.

4. Your mobile or any other phone by dialing your VOIPo number and pressing 0 as soon as the voicemail greeting begins playback. When prompted, enter your voicemail password.
