What are the correct hours of support?
At the top of the Forums page they are listed as 9-6 CST and on VOIPo.com they are shown as 10-7 CST.

Any time you have a support issue submit a ticket. I have been helped with my problems in the middle of the night.Quote:

Support called me around 730pm last night and we were on the phone for an hour. This was shortly after I submitted a ticket :)
I'll make sure the site is fixed tomorrow. Officially it's 9-6, but we are staffed a little beyond those hours...just not offering frontline phone/chat support during that time yet.
On weekends, we have systems admins working, but they don't get involved with frontline sales/support much except for outages.
Over time, we'll expand this as people are trained and we're more process oriented internally.
Or....I could place a quick call to Guam and go 24/7 with support Friday ;)
