Its really a CPanel.
But, yes ... the Reseller accounts have never had it, as basic as it seems.Have not needed it either. The reseller can manually set a new user password, and would have to pass that to the user. The Reseller has no access to the User's password if they changed it from the initial password.
I guess they are focusing on the less cosmetic, but I feel like we are fast approaching a launch time!
