Connecting Your VOIPo Adapter (Grandstream HT502)
To begin using your new VOIPo service, simply connect the VOIPo adapter to your internet connection.
1) Phone - Plug your telephone into Phone Port 1 of the adapter (do not use in-home telephone wiring/POTS).

3) Computer - Plug the ethernet cable going to your computer or router (if you have one) into one of the LAN port of the adapter.
**NOTE: if connecting behind your wireless router only the WAN port of the Grandstream will be used.
Congratulations – Within 3-5 minutes, you should be able to make and receive calls.
Do NOT reboot or unplug the device for at least 5 minutes. It may take a few minutes to activate and update itself. |
