Can I control what features my accounts have access to?

Absolutely.  You can set what features your accounts have access to by logging into your Reseller Control Panel and navigating as follows: Accounts -> [Click on Applicable Account Username] -> Feature List.  You will then be able to check-mark what features the account has available to it.
