How can I cancel an item?

You can cancel an individual item simply by logging into your Reseller Account and navigating as follows: Billing -> Upcoming Transactions.  You will then be able to locate the specific item you are wishing to cancel.  Simply check mark the action box with the applicable item and at the bottom hit the submit button 'Cancel Item'.  The item will then immediately be removed and will cease to continue working.
