For normal residential/small business accounts, devices will be shipped within 7-10 days of the order. Our normal shipping time is 7-10 days. We ship using USPS (2-3 day). Once you receive the shipping e-mail with tracking number, that means your adapter has gone out and you should have it within 2-3 days.
