Does VOIPo offer BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) service?

While VOIPo does not offer a separate BYOD plan, BYOD credentials are generated once you register your official VOIPo device.

To retrieve your BYOD credentials for your own equipment:

     1) Log in to your VPanel at account.voipo.com
     2) Click the tab labeled "Features".
     3) Click on the "Softphone/BYOD" link.
     4) Select Enabled and Update the changes

Your SIP username and our server address will display on screen.  Your BYOD password will be emailed to the address on file.

Please be aware that VOIPo is not able to offer any assistance with the configuration or troubleshooting of a third party device.
